    3. HULL CONDITION:

    3.1 Weather Decks:

    Main deck plating and fittings were found in goodcondition. Paint works was under progress by

    vessels crew. Forecastle deck, anchor windlass, mooring winches

    all found in good working condition.

    Ventilation cowl, mushroom heads and its closingappliances found well maintained.

    Watertight doors on watertight bulkheads, deckhouses found in good condition.

    Bulwark plating, stays and fittings found in goodcondition.

    Pipe line for fire, hydraulic, electric cables, etc.found in good order.

    Ladder steps, hand rails are in good condition. Derricks boom, masts, winches and accessories

    found well maintained.

    3.2 Cargo Holds:

    Vessel is constructed of 5 holds and 5 hatches. All cargoholds were inspected and found in good condition. Tanktop, side frames, bulkheads, bilge well, manholes all

    placed in good order.Hatch covers, coaming, stays and securing arrangementfound in good condition.

    3.3 Ballast Tanks

    Fore peak, aft peak and double bottom ballast tankswere internally inspected as far as possible and found ingood condition.

    Signalling apparatus are inspected and found in goodcondition as follows:

    - Daylight signal lamp, forecastle bell, gong, shipswhistle, shapes, rockets, etc.

    - Navigation lights and source of power checked andfound in good condition.

    - Communication equipment such as GMDSS RadioEquipments (Area A1 + A2 + A3), and Safety of Navigation.

    - Equipment EPIRB, Radar Transponder, NavtexReceiver, etc. found in good working condition.

    CONCLUSION:

    As far as it could be ascertained from a general examination, vessel ismaintained in good seaworthy condition.

    The inspection was carried out and this report was issued withoutprejudice.
