PARKINGNot only do we provide complimentary, on-site parking, but we can also arrange valet parking orshuttle services for your event. You will feel safe in knowing each event is provided one security guard.If needed, additional security can be arranged.
TECHNOLOGY + DECORPump up the volume! Our state of the art sound system, projectors + LED lighting are all included inPalladium Saint Louis’ rental fee. Personalize you event with your own music, colors + projections.Additional A/V items are available for rent.
CATERING FEEOur parent company + exclusive caterer, Butler’s Pantry, will ensure your event is catered with theutmost passion + care. In order to cover the cost of service, culinary + support staff, a 24% cateringfee is included to all food, beverage, labor + equipment charges.
OVERTIME FEEParty on! Our listed prices are based on a 5 hour window. Don’t worry, should you need to extend yourevent another hour we only require an additional $500 plus tax, as well as $3.00 per guest to cover ourlabor costs. Please keep in mind we are required to adjourn events by midnight. To extend your bar time,please talk to your sales or event manager.
OUTSIDE FOODOur parent company + exclusive caterer, Butler’s Pantry, is dedicated to providing the highest qualityservice when it comes to catering your event. They will supply, prepare + serve all food for your dreamevent. They are more than happy to arrange meals for all dietary restrictions + even Kosher meals.We do allow wedding cakes from any licensed bakeries to be used on your special day.
SEATING ARRANGEMENTSWe’ve got you covered when it comes to your perfect table. The package pricing atPalladium Saint Louis includes tables, linens, place settings + our unique chameleon chairsto ensure your event is planned with ease.
GREEN-SPACEIn need of some fresh air? Rental of Palladium Saint Louis includes the use of our gorgeous front lawnand manicured patio. A perfect location for an alfresco cocktail area or idyllic wedding ceremony.
CEREMONIES + REHEARSALSOur 6,500 square feet of unobstructed usable space is the perfect location to hold your rehearsal,ceremony + reception without ever having to leave the building. Interested? Contact your salesmanager for further details.
