Beach Bash Reception In order to celebrate all the good things that our FLASHA members
have achieved in 2021-2022, there will be our 4th Annual Beach Bash

opportunity to discuss your products, market your goods and services, and plan on returning to FLASHA’s 2023
Convention.
EXHIBITOR PROSPECTUS: FLASHA 2022 ANNUAL CONVENTION
FLASHA is obligated by law to ask attendees if they wish to opt out of publishing their names and contact information for exhibitors. Exhibitors will receive only the information of those attendees who do NOT opt out.
Payment: All payments must be made prior to March 1, 2022.
Cancellation: All Deposits are Non- Refundable.
Booth assignment: Booths are assigned by the VP for Convention. Booth placement is determined by the level of sponsorship, the date the exhibitor contract was submitted, electrical needs, and, if possible, separation of direct competition. FLASHA will continue to monitor all CDC COVID-19 recommendations and update precautions as needed in regards to social distancing of booth placements.
EXHIBIT BOOTH FEES:
FLASHA is proud to be able to maintain the lower cost of the convention booth fees as in the past few years.

The Exhibitor Registration Includes: One 6-foot skirted table with two chairs and name badges for up to two company representatives. One representative may attend the convention and receive FLASHA/ ASHA CEUs. If an additional representative would like to attend the convention for CEUs, the convention registration fee must be paid (but can be done at the member rate regardless of member status).
A PDF list of pre-registered attendees will be distributed electronically one month prior to convention, followed by an updated list of attendees one week prior to convention.
