For 18 years the Texas ACG Capital Connection (TACC) has been the most significant private equity and debt capital event in Texas and the Southwest. As one of the largest ACG Capital Connections in the country, TACC brings more than 100 of the nation’s leading private equity and mezzanine firms to Texas, representing more than $100 billion of capital available for investment.

This year will look di�erent as we are in a unique situation worldwide. With the Covid pandemic, we’ve been given the opportuity to ehance TACC and what it should look like. We have continued to look at ways to provide value and meaningful connections, while keeping attendees safe and healthy.

The committee will be utilizing a hybrid format for the 2021 Texas ACG Capital Connection. While it’s going to carry changes, we are certain the value will be enhanced in this new format. We value your time and want to make sure every minute spent at TACC is productive. As such, we have made a number of changes this year, specifically as it relates to the private equity and investment banking experience.

The DealSource only Reception will occur immediately following DealSource meetings in the Marketplace. You don’t have to leave the room!

Your exhibit space will be available throughout the two days.

Reduced pricing and double the attendees are now included to encourage more investment banks to particpate and create more meeting opportunites for private equity groups.

The hybrid format allows for the same interactive meetings and ability to network, not only during DealSource but the rest of the conference as well.

In-Person is encouraged, however, the virtual option will provide the same value.

**In previous years, Investment Banks received two meeting tables, this year Private Equity Exhibitors will host DealSource in their exhibit booths. The scheduling software will allow Investment Bank firms to still have two accounts to hold separate meetings throughout the event.

Previous year's sponsors are given first right of refusal with openings granted on a first-come, first-serve basis thereafter. Prior sponsors must respond by 12/31/2020 to preserve sponsorship status.
