GSAXcess is a great way to view property available through the Federal Donation Program. If you see something that you are interested in, contact us immediately. We will work on your behalf to request the property, and if we are allocated the property, we will contact you.


SHIPPING

If you are unable to pick up your property or take it with you, we will gladly ship property that fits within size and weight guidelines. To have an item shipped to you, contact the storekeepers for shipping rates.

DIRECT TRANSFERS

WE SHIP

Property obtained from GSAXcess does not have to come to our warehouse. You have the option to have the property directly transferred, which means, it will be brought right to you. This makes it easier and quicker to get your property where and when it is needed. Delivery and shipping costs are the responsibility of the donee.

PROPERTY HOLD POLICYWe offer a 10-day hold policy to assist our donees. Because space is limited, we are unable to store property longer than the holding period. If the property is not picked up in 10 working days, the property is offered to the person next on the hold list, or placed back in stock. If you need to exceed the 10-day hold policy, please contact MOSASP immediately to set up arrangements regarding property removal. Otherwise, strict deadlines will be enforced on holds.
