• Ride-Along for Length The cost difference of adding 10 pounds of Framing Supplies to RIDE-ALONG with a Fed Ex/UPS length order will only increase the cost of the freight between $2.50 and $4.00 depending on your zone.

Oversize Acrylic, Cut-To-Size items:Optium acrylic sizes 48x96 and greater are stocked in select locations. Additional freight and crating charges may apply.Custom cut Optium acrylic orders utilizing less than 60% of the sheet will incur a 40% up-charge on the fabricated square foot price.

Special Orders:For fulfillment of non-stocked items, a Special Order Processing Fee, in the amount of $25, will be applied. Some manufacturers also charge a Handling / Processing Fee, which would be included in our billing. Drop ship & special orders are subject to credit approval; in some cases, full payment may be required up front regardless of regular credit terms. Freight charges on drop shipped orders will be invoiced to the customer, unless otherwise specified. We’re sorry, but we cannot accept returns on special order and / or non-stocking items.
