Being an ISO registered company offers numerous

benefits, but implementing and maintaining the ISO

management system is no small task. Reflecting to

this Enotek ISO team had conducted internal ISO

9001 & 45001audit at Enotek HQ Office which is a

periodically self-check mechanism to verifies that all

clause and standard meets all requirements. At the

end of session, issue and gap capture had been raise

by auditor to all for improvement.

On November 2020, Enotek has

conducted WAH Nationwide Stand

Down. Reflect to this, Enotek

management committed to deliver

the challenges, action, outcome

and learning from the non-

compliance to all frontliner to

ensure the issue are not present at

Enotek site. This stand down

sharing had been conducted at

Enotek Engineering HQ Office,

Shell Cergas Saujana, Shell NTI

Jalan Kapar and Shell NTI SLE

East. At the end of the stand down,

all frontliner are aware and

understand on all the delivered

messages.

SHELL SLE EAST : PPE AWARENESS BRIEFING

On 5 November 2020, SH NTI SLE EAST was conduct training

for PPE Awareness on Morning TBT session. Focusing to

encourages frontliner on how to wear a proper PPE and show

the correct way and method of PPE usage. The importance

message to deliver is to aware frontliner the usage of PPE is to

protect employees when engineering and administrative

controls are not feasible to reduce the risks to acceptable

levels. At the end of the briefing, all frontliner understand on

PPE usage and on how to use PPE correctly.

On November 2020, there

was Boots On Ground -

Management audit which been

conducted at Shell Cergas Saujana

and Shell Jalan Besar Jitra by

Enotek HSSE manager, Mr Bahtiar

and Enotek Program Manager, Mr

Syahir. The audit were start with PH

briefing session to all about the site

information, emergency response

plan, work activities and related

hazard of the day. The audit

session are to capture any gaps

from execution work related to

HSSE, QAQC and Project term. At

the end of the audit, all the finding,

was discussed to ensure project run

smoothly without any delay or

incident.

SAFETY CORNER : LION IN THE CAGE

On 21 November 2020,

Manual Lifting Awareness briefing

were been conducted at site Shell

NTI Jalan Kapar. The main point

to deliver the awareness sharing

are to educate worker on how to

manually lift an object/material in

safe way without interrupting

health risk. The session were

been shown sequently to all

frontliner with clear demonstration

and practical session. At the end

of the session, all frontliner

understand and aware on risk of

manual lifting which been

endanger to back and waist.

Eliminate the hazard (lion)

Substitute the hazard (lion) with cat

Isolate the hazard (lion) into cage

Place warning sign at the hazard
