Personal Remote Training SessionsWe offer personal remote training sessions where we log into your computer system remotely and work with your team. The cost for this type of training is $150 per hour. If you subscribe to our Monthly Sup’R Client program you are entitled to the reduced rate of $125 per hour.**Credit Card Payment is due at time of scheduling. 72 hours’ notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling of your training session, if applicable.

The Data Setup WEBinar focuses on the Data Control section of the software. It covers how to enter the necessary information before starting to use your Milano software. This 2 hour course is delivered in 3 segments: • Chapter 1 – Building the list of services • Chapter 2 – Creating and shaping staff • Chapter 3 – Entering the retail inventory**In preparation for this course you should complete the steps outlined in the Getting Started Guide. This course is recommended for owners and managers and will help you through configuring your software to work using preferences and settings that suit your business

This essential WEBinar teaches the key functions that your team will call upon daily. This 2 hour course covers: • Chapter 1 – Appointment Book • Chapter 2 – Your Client Database (CRM) - Updating client information - Sales history - Future appointments • Chapter 3 – Process transactions, apply promotions and perform End-of-Day reporting - Transactions (Services, Retail, Gift Cards) - Price Changes & Promotions - Presales & Deposits (Series, On Account) - Returns / Voids**In preparation for this course Milano recommends that the Data Setup process be completed.
