Banquet Halls are rented by calling the Virginia State Park Customer Service Center at 1-800-933-PARK (7275). They can be rented up to eleven months in advance of the first day of the reservation.

Both Banquet Halls come with industrial size kitchen appliances and ice machine, 18– 8 foot tables and 3—6 foot tables, open wood ceiling beams, windows on 3 sides overlooking a serene wooded area, main double doors and fireplace. Both are fully handicapped accessible. Meeting room Size:

Cabin units are rented at the Park Office or by calling 804-796-4255 (options #5) and can be rented up to eleven months in ad-vance of the first day of the reservation.

A single cabin (sleeps 4 to 8) that is within a circle, or “unit” of cabins. The circle sleeps

28 total.

Each unit of cabins has a fire ring located in the center of the circle of cabins.

cabin unit).

RESERVATIONS

Reservations for Banquet Halls may be made up to eleven months in advance of the reservation start date by calling the State Park Customer Service Center at 1-800-933-PARK (7275). Cancellationsmust also be made through this Center.

Reservations for the overnight Cabin Units may be made up to eleven months in advance by calling the Park Office at 804-796-4255 (option #5). Cancellations forthese cabins must be made at least onemonth in advance of the reservation dateto receive a refund. A $30.00 cancellationfee will be charged on all cancelledreservations.

Parking for camp guests is free, however there are additional fees for concession facilities when available.

CABINS

The camps consist of up to four cabin units and a Dining Hall. Each cabin unit consists of rustic wood cabins sleeping 4 to 6 persons each, a shared restroom and shower house facility, and a lodge. The rustic sleeping cabins have bunk beds, mattresses and one ceiling light and wall outlet only. NOTE: There is no running water or heat/A/C in the cabins and lodge buildings. The lodge building has an indoor fireplace, an outdoor grill for outdoor cooking, electrical outlets and an outside water spigot. Each cabin unit will accommodate a maximum of 28 persons. Groups renting these cabins are encouraged to visit the facility prior to rental.

BANQUET HALL FACILITIES

The two Banquet Hall facilities consist of a main hall each, with tables and chairs, modern restrooms, a modern all electric kitchen with industrial size stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, work tables and serving line. Both facilities are heated and air conditioned. Cooking and eating utensils are not furnished.

The capacity of the Swift Creek Banquet Hall is 150. The capacity of the Powhatan BanquetHall is 125.
