OrderinggDEB Exams accepts orders by post, fax, telephone and through our website*.

Please keep in mind the following when ordering: Place your order in good time and indicate to us the start date of your examinations. Where possible, send the whole school order on one order form. Indicate clearly if your order is to be collected.

Please note that telephone orders can be taken but are time-consuming and can lead to inaccuracies. We endeavour to ship all orders within 5 working days of receipt.

*In response to repeated requests from teachers and schools, we are pleased to offer a choiceof two examination papers in these Junior Cycle subjects this year. In addition, we haveextended the closing date for correction of these papers until Friday, 3rd April 2020, to facilitateteachers and their students who wish to sit both options in order to maximise their preparationfor these new syllabi.

Payment Payment for examination papers, corrections, stationery, postage and packing

should accompany your order form. Write your name and school on the back of all cheques, postal orders or bank drafts. When including payment with corrections, attach your payment to the front of the Class

Correction Envelope. Do not place this payment within the envelope. Please note all corrections are grouped weekly and postage is charged accordingly. Where a purchase order (PO) is to be quoted on your invoices, ensure that separate POs

are submitted for (i) JC/LC examination materials and (ii) LCVP/LCA examination materials.

Postagge and PackinggAll paper orders and corrected scripts are dispatched to schools by courier only unless collectionis requested. This allows all parcels to be tracked online. Prices for this service are as follows:

*No Postage and Packaging charge will be applicable to examination papers (including papers,CDs and OS maps) and stationery ordered through our website. This exemption can be extendedto cover the return Postage and Packaging charge of corrections for examination papers orderedonline and which full payment for both papers and corrections is received within 10 days of ordering.
