• With our ease of planning and exceptional customer service, just leave everything to us so you can enjoy the fun, too! From pre-event planning to the day of your arrival, our professional coordinators will see to every detail.

• Your meal will be held in one of our private pavilions. Celebration Hall seats 350 guests per hour, while Blue Ribbon Pavilion seats 450 guests per hour. We can accommodate any size group.

• Our catering staff offers an impressive selection of delicious southern-inspired buffet options for your group.

• We even provide materials you need to promote your day, including posters. Plus, your guests will receive a special three-part ticket personalized with your company name, picnic information and season pass upgrade offer.

• When you host a company picnic at Dollywood, your company will receive six complimentary Dollywood one-day admission tickets and four Dollywood’s Splash Country one-day admission tickets.
