Dear Parents,
I take this opportunity to congratulate you on your child’s promotion to the next class.
Further, in the wake of the prevailing circumstances, it is advisable to keep children's learning
ticking-over. It is high time to reinforce all the skills and concepts which they learned during the
previous academic year. The homework has been carefully planned in such a way that students
will continue their learning process during holidays through a variety of interesting creative
activities. Homework has been uploaded on the school’s website in the form of soft copies and it is
to be done on loose sheets and then put in a ring folder with a separator for each subject. OR, you
may get a hard copy of homework from school office on nominal price.
Remember:
The child will attempt the homework of the class he/she has been promoted to.
Where a particular movie or book is not available, another movie / book of educational value may
be picked up.
All creative work (book reports, essays, sentences) should be the work of the child.
Students should make their own scrap book where needed.
Encourage your ward to work independently.
With your child, read Urdu or English stories. Ask the child to repeat the story to you in their own
words to develop listening and speaking skills.
Stop them eating junk food. Let them eat a healthy food with maximum intake of plain water.
Let them take some physical exercise at home.
Important:
Home Work will carry weightage of 5 marks for each subject which will further be added to 1st
Term Exam’s total marks. Work should be neat and appealing. Creativity and originality of the
work will be appreciated. After holidays, the school will organize an exhibition to display hard
work and creativity of students. Best projects will be awarded
