Online yoga for everyone – every Thursday from 6:00 pm. Come and do yoga under the guidance of enthusiastic yoga instructor Daniela Bacíková. Regular lessons now take place every Thursday from 6:00 pm on the BB Centrum Facebook page.

Spring in the BB Centrum… this time a little differently Come and enjoy your lunch break on a beautiful spring day or relax after work in one of our parks. In Baarová Park with its large fountain next to the Filadelfie building you will find not only a pleasant place to relax, but also interesting attractions. You can relax, for example, while playing pétanque on the local playground or sit in the sun for a while (while observing the two-person rule).

Blankets, as well as pétanque balls, can be borrowed free of charge at the Filadelfie reception desk. You can also visit the athletic stadium, but even when doing sports, do not forget the current government measures related to the coronavirus pandemic and the declared state of emergency. Some measures have been relaxed, but we should keep in mind that the pandemic is not over and that we need to act responsibly. This mainly means maintaining sufficient distance from others and the obligation to wear a face mask in public.

BB CENTRUM welcomed the Beetle

BB Centrum

„BEETLE“, a sculpture in the form of the legendary Porsche 911 and one of the unique moving installations by artist David Černý, can be seen in Vyskočilova Street from the beginning of April, right at the end of the exit from the main road (5. května Street) near the Alpha building. Passerinvest Group, which is behind the development of this locality and which has long invested in non-profit projects and public space development here, has enriched the area with an unconventional installation.

The almost 17-metre-high, eight-metre-long and a three-and-a-half-metre-wide statue depicting the legendary Porsche 911 car impaled on a large pin resembles a BEETLE in an entomological collection. The opalescent colour refers to the colour diversity of insects living in nature. The statue consists of 11 moving segments, moving by means of hydraulics.

New running track opened in Nové Roztyly ParkThe extensive revitalization plan of the former Interlov area includes another public sports venue, this time an outdoor running track, which was recently completed in Nové Roztyly Park.

The track has a milled surface and, with a length of 650 metres, is ideal for training and running intervals. In addition, the track is equipped with several signs indicating the start, as well as two 50-metre sprinting sections. Six new benches were placed around the track for resting or stretching. Besides running or walking, in Nové Roztyly Park you can also exercise in the workout playground, in an outdoor fitness centre or play discgolf.

However, even when engaging in sports in the park or the Krč Forest, it is important to remember the current government measures related to the coronavirus pandemic and the declared state of emergency… you can read about proper conduct in outdoor sports grounds here.

Nové Roztyly

Reconstruction in the Brumlovka building During April, work began on the reconstruction of the 2nd and 3rd floors in the Brumlovka building. As always, we will try to minimize any restrictions related to the reconstruction, but given the extent of the modifications, you will probably notice some work. Subsequently, the construction of new premises will take place, which will last until 15 September 2020. Throughout the reconstruction, i.e. from April to September 2020:

• there will be scaffolding and a freight elevator on the southern part of the building to the Za Brumlovkou car park. The entrance to the garage, passage to the building, waste room and supply from the parking lot will be maintained, possibly with minor restrictions.

• 6 parking spaces will be occupied in the Za Brumlovkou car park for construction purposes, other parking spaces in the BB Centrum will operate in normal mode

• the station for fast charging electric cars will be temporarily closed, you can use other stations in the Delta building, Filadelfie or in Duhová street.

With regard to the current situation, meals are served only to go and we ask our customers to comply with the applicable government regulations regarding personal distance.

Program Health Plus: A new doctor’s office for businessesA new branch of the Health Plus Program outpatient facility, which provides health services for businesses, opened in Building D at the beginning of this year. Two modern doctor’s offices provide comprehensive healthcare - prevention, diagnostics, treatment, medical consultations and occupational health services.

Employees are provided healthcare by a personal doctor, an internist with double attestation, and have access to more than 20 medical specializations at the Health Plus Program outpatient facility. Healthcare can be set up according to the needs of the specific business, including above-standard services such as healthcare provided for the families of employees.
