2 bedroom house £168.00 add an oven clean from £45 and carpet steam cleaning and stain removal from £40 per room*

3 bedroom house £180.00 add an oven clean from £45 and carpet steam cleaning and stain removal from £40 per room*

4 bedroom house £192.00 add an oven clean from £45 and carpet steam cleaning and stain removal from £40 per room*

5 bedroom house £204.00 add an oven clean from £45 and carpet steam cleaning and stain removal from £40 per room*

6 bedroom house £216.00 add an oven clean from £45 and carpet steam cleaning and stain removal from £40 per room*

Extra bathrooms charged at £20.00 per bathroom. Any house from 5 bedrooms upwards we would expect and allow for 2 bathrooms to be included in the price.

Professional carpet cleaning £25 for a single bedroom or hallway£40 for a double bedroom or lounge£60 for stairs & landing per floor £70 for a through lounge or any room over 5 meters in length or width.

Rug Cleaning - All rugs are priced individually please call or email for a price.

Upholstery cleaning & leather cleaning.

£30 for an armchair£60 for a 2 seater£90 for a 3 Seater£120 for L shaped suites £150 for corner suites.

*A minimum call out charge of £60 applies for any carpet or upholstery cleaning service.

Professional carpet repairs from £125, we can repair all types of carpet damage from iron and cigarette burns to pet damage and bleach spots saving you £100s of pounds on the cost of replacement.

Rubbish removal, item removal, bagging up of any waste and any exterior cleaning is not included in the price.

All payments for any service we provide are due for payment immediately on the day of completion by cash or card unless you have a trade account or an existing relationship with us.

All prices are subject to change based on the condition of a property and these prices do not apply to after builders cleans or deep cleans of houses where the property and its general cleanliness has been neglected by tenants or owners over a period of time. No end of tenancy clean would take 2 cleaners longer than a day 8am-5pm and we reserve the right to adjust these prices at any time to reflect the condition of a property.

All cleaning materials are included in the price and we are fully insured to £10,000,000.

We will re visit any property for free and re clean anything contained in the cleaning checklist if it is not cleaned to the required standard for you get your cleaning deposit back.

We will provide all customers with an itemised receipt for our professional cleaning services in a PDF via email for any cleaning undertaken.
