The Community Board has submitted a resolution regarding this request that states it has no objection to the change in closing hours because there have been no complaints since the "new owner" bought the establishment. The Authority has no record of a new owner of the establishment.

Description of Premises: The premises occupies a two story (plus basement and rooftop) space. The first floor has a dining area with customer bar and a kitchen . The second floor and rooftop also have dining areas with a customer bar. Restrooms are located on the first and second floor. The basement is used for storage.

Method of Operation: Current: Restaurant with recorded music and DJs and no dancing. Rooftop space has no music allowed. Closes at 3 AM every night with rooftop closing at 12 AM.

Note: The original application stated that the principals would be managing 35-40 employees with 1-3 security ("depending on the night"). The two applications to change the method of operation state that the principals manage but also have two managers with 40 employees and 12 security .

Proposed: Extend closing time each night to 4 AM and add live music.
