LEDIA testing center is a comprehensive laboratory

providing full range of tests for led strips, including optical,

electrical, safety, EMC, reliability and IP rating testing, etc.

Most of the equipments and devices are world-class

leading brand items with high performance and precision.

Reliability Laboratory

Testing the environmental reliability of the strips, including

high Temp./low Temp. test, thermal shock test etc.

Optical Laboratory

Testing the optical performance of LED strips with built-in

integrating sphere testing system.

Waterproof Test Laboratory

Available to test different IP grade from IPX3 to IPX8

Quality Control

IQC - Incoming Quality Control

◎All incoming materials are checked before used. Various measurements are taken to check against approved data. Once rejected, material would

be sent back for further examination.

IPQC - In Process Quality Control

◎We perform inspections during the manufacturing process. Frequency of inspection depends on the quality standard set forth by the project. All

manufacturing data is recorded for future reference.

FQC - Final Quality Control

◎All finished goods are inspected according to our quality standard for each project. Products are sampled according to the AQL sampling rate

before they leave our production plant into the warehouse.

OQC - Outgoing Quality Control

◎QC team will randomly check any finished goods in the warehouse before they go out for shipment. This last inspection ensures zero defect goods

are shipped to our customers.
