Target Audience

Physicians, nurses and allied staff working in primary care, critical care, neurology, neurosurgery, physiatry, physical therapy and rehabilitation who want to broaden and update their knowledge of neurological and neurosurgical conditions.

Learning Objectives

After completing the learning activity, the participant should be able to:

• Gain the knowledge to recognize neurological disorders.

• Gain the tools necessary to determine which diagnostic or therapeutic treatment is necessary in determining when the specialist is needed for improved patient care coordination.

• Report the most current patient care practices and research advances in the field of neuroscience specialties.
