Calling all Padawans, for Jedi training! Campers begin the week as Padawans who are preparing to begin their Jedi training. Our Jedi Masters (Camp Leaders) will challenge their students throughout the week with many Star Wars themed activities, crafts, and training of course! “May the force be with you”. This program is a mixture of art and play. Students will spend some time exploring free play and movement through exercise, and then experience Art History and techniques such as Jackson Pollock, O'Keeffe and Emily Carr.

Each week, AMS camps plan on swimming at the Centennial Outdoor Pool on Tuesday and Thursday Afternoons.

Summer Slam is a Six - week, recreation based day camp for elementary and middle school children. Program participants will have a great time making crafts, playing games and sports, creating new friendships and going on amazing field trips.

Take advantage of our 2 different age groups of Summer Slam Day Camps, in order for your child to get out and enjoy some recreation and socialisation. It is an excellent chance to continue to develop social and language skills by interacting with peers, surrounded by friends, reliable and responsible adults. Mixed Media Art Camp (Whole Day Camps)

This Mixed Media Art Camp is taught by a local artist who has worked with community partners to create beautiful works of art that are on display throughout Abbotsford. She is very talented and passionate about teaching children the importance of art and finding their passion.

Whether it be drawing, sketching or painting, participants will be inspired by our professional artist and increase their artistic style. Each lesson will be based on a specific artist so that by the end of the week, participants will have learned something new about a particular artist’s life and their artistic style.

Game Designer Camp (Half Day Camps)

Game Designer Camp is back for the summer!!!

This week long, half-day camp will run from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Over the course of the week, students will be introduced to computer programming, problem solving, computer graphics programs, character development, level development, sound development and game design. They will use these skills to create a simple video game.

The games will be built in such a way that they will be put on the internet (if the student chooses) and will be playable online at games.laszlok.com.

ACSS 2019 Summer Boot Camps Are you ready to get active, feel better and set yourself some healthy and motivating goals? Our Boot Camp program will provide you with the perfect opportunity to get moving!

Boot Camp includes a great mix of strength-training, cardio and flexibility exercises through activities such as walking, jogging, drills, stability balls, yoga, Pilates, light weights and more. This Boot Camp program is run mostly outdoors, so please ensure that you dress for the weather. All levels are welcome!
