UNIVERSITY MISSIONS +OPEN FORUMSA cornerstone of RZIM’s ministry is on college and university campuses around the world. TheRZIM team engages personally with people on campus settings through mission weeks, open forums, small group talks, and one-on-one meetings. Our goal is to reach and challenge people with the credibility of the gospel.

We are living in anera when apologeticsis indispensable, butat the same time, we need a Christianapologetic that isnot merely heard—it must also beseen. The field ofapologetics dealswith the hard questions posed tothe Christian faith.

To the questions ofthe skeptic and thebeliever we offer anapologetic–we givean answer–to thecounterclaims of secularism and otherworldviews. We try to demonstrate thatthe claims of Jesusare true, make sense intellectually, andoffer the best pictureof our world and ofreality.—Ravi Zacharias

YOUTH INITIATIVES

RZIM is reaching thousands of young people through our strategic, three-tiered youth ministry efforts:

ReFresh, which equips high school upperclassmen and risingcollege students to confidently live out their faith on campus;ReMind, which aims to transform young adults by renewingtheir minds; and REBOOT, which engages young teenagerswhere they live. Our team also comes alongside youth to helpthem work through challenges and objections to their faith duringevents at the Zacharias Institute, at churches, and as part of national conferences and festivals such as Creation and Passion.

ReFresh: Ready for College is a four-daytraining event for highschool upperclassmen and college freshmen. Students are often surrounded by questions.It can be easy for them to feel overwhelmed. In the face of so manyquestions, we help prepare them to engagewith friends and classmates.

FESTIVAL OF THOUGHTFestival of Thought (FoT) is an evangelistic outreach in cities to businesses, churches, and universities. Past FoTs have been held in London (2015), Chicago(2016), Cape Town (2018), Singapore (2019), and Zurich (2019). Events were held at businesses such as Google, Microsoft, and Standard Chartered Bank.

A diverse communityis invited to engagewith these exhibits via artist receptions,lectures, and eventsthat are free and open to the public.

STILL POINTStill Point is an initiative within the headquarters of RZIM supportinglocal and international artists and offering high quality encounters withthe arts to the community. Past exhibitions include Beautiful, a collabora-tive exhibition with Wellspring International featuring photography byElizabeth Jones and painting by artist Craig Hawkins. Marc Chagall,Georges Rouault, and Sadao Watanabe have been featured artists.

15The OCCA began its 15th year with an incoming cohort of students from ninecountries includingUSA, Egypt, theNetherlands, andKenya.

278To date, 278 young men and women from41 different countrieshave received certificateswith 18 continuing on toreceive their PhD and 9completing their mastersat Oxford University.

TRAININGFrom programs in Oxford, England, and Alpharetta, Georgia, to in-home online training, RZIM offers many opportunities to become more equipped in Christian thinking and apologetics.

Located in Oxford, England, the OCCA is a nine-month intensiveprogram of study ofChristian apologeticscombined with hands-onpractice in evangelism.Students are heavily involved in universitymissions. Approximately25 emerging evangelistsfrom around the worldcome to be equipped toshare and defend theirfaith; they are preparedto share a meaningful response to people’s intellectual objectionsand heartfelt concernsabout the gospel.
