The Teche Central Committee District III is your hosts and hostesses of this year’s conference. This packet contains the following information to complete your registration:

Tickets will be placed in the Registration Packet (Conference Bag) for the Banquet and Ball along with the Souvenir Booklet. Deadline for registration and t-shirts is March 25th; hotel March 15th and ad booklet is March 16th. Please send the correct amount of money and forms to the designated person on the form. Accepted forms of payment are Council/Court Checks, Money Orders or Cashier’s Checks. After March 26, 2019 a $25 late fee will be accessed per registrant.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

The registration fee of $100.00 per person includes (1) Banquet /Ball Ticket and Conference bag. All persons attending the conference including Grand Knights, Grand Ladies, Commanders, Counselors, Delegates and Members must be registered. Visitors are welcome! PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. THERE WILL BE NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION.

THE DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION IS MARCH 25, 2019. (Make checks payable to: KPC District III-Louisiana State Conference)

No receipts will be mailed to you. A copy of your receipt will be in your packet. Courts and Council checks, money orders and cashier’s checks will be accepted. NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR CASH. Cancellations must be made in writing through the Registration Chairperson prior to April 1st, 2019.

HOTEL REGISTRATION The official hotel of the 75th Louisiana State Conference is the Paragon Casino Resort, in Marksville, La . Each unit must make their own reservations by calling 1-800-642-7777. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Attendees will be asked to present a valid credit card or a $50 cash deposit upon arrival in order to provide them with charge privileges during their stay. Major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. When calling be sure to mention the group code 2019 KPC La. State Conference-KPCA26G in order to receive the discounted group rate. CONFERENCE MASS The Mass will be celebrated by Bishop J. Douglas Deshotel, Bishop of Lafayette will be the Celebrant for the 75th Louisiana State Conference Mass. The mass will take place at the Paragon Casino Mari Center on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 4:00 p.m. Please dress in full regalia. Everyone is invited.

CONFERENCE BANQUET

The Conference Banquet will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the Mari Center in Marksville, La at 7:30 p.m. All persons entering the Banquet, including dignitaries must have a ticket. There will be no on-site ticket sale. Attire for the Banquet is Formal/Semi-Formal.

TRANSPORTATION The Paragon Casino Resort will provide shuttle transportation Complimentary with in a 10 mile radius of the hotel.

NOTICE

All checks for Registration must be made payable to KPC District III – Louisiana State Conference with registration form and properly earmarked. We are looking forward to a successful Conference and it is our prayer and hope that each Unit will give its full attention to deadlines and mailing addresses. Reminder any registration that is postmarked after March 26, 2019 is subjected to an additional late fee of $25 per registrant.
