cc Among female respondents to the Future Leaders survey gender

inequality is seen by fewer as a concern compared to female YPO

members (25 percent among female YPO members18 percent

cc Lack of quality education is highest among the 18-21-year-olds

(34 percent compared to 27 percent of all Future Leaders)

Because this age range is typical for an individual in college

or at university it raises some questions about whether these

respondents are currently attending a college or university and

are dissatisfied they would like to attend a college or university

and donrsquot have the opportunity or if they are expressing a general

concern

cc In looking at gender differences among the Future Leaders

the two biggest differences are in affordable and clean energy

between males and females for investing in existing business

(29 percent male15 percent female) starting a new business

(25 percent male17 percent female) and fostering innovation

(25 percent male15 percent female) The interesting thing is

that there either isnrsquot a difference in these same responses

starting a new business (17 percent male16 percent female)

members (25 percent among female YPO members18 percent

cc Lack of quality education is highest among the 18-21-year-olds

(34 percent compared to 27 percent of all Future Leaders)

Because this age range is typical for an individual in college

or at university it raises some questions about whether these

respondents are currently attending a college or university and

are dissatisfied they would like to attend a college or university

and donrsquot have the opportunity or if they are expressing a general

concern

cc In looking at gender differences among the Future Leaders

the two biggest differences are in affordable and clean energy
