Competition is open to all interested youth. Youth classes are divided into the following age groups: 2. Each exhibitor will be permitted to enter up to three entries per class. Items may not be entered if entered in any previous Lee County Junior Livestock Show YFCA Division, except Horticulture exhibits. 3. All items entered must have been made by a single exhibitor. 4. Grand and Reserve Champion will be awarded in each deserving youth category for each age group, as well as blue, red and white ribbons to all deserving entries. 5. The Committee reserves the right to remove any and all undesirable entries from the Show. 6. The Committee will divide the categories into additional categories based on entries received. 6. PREMIUM MONEY will be awarded to entries as follows: Grand Champion, $4; Reserve Champion, $3; Blue Ribbons, $2; Red Ribbons, $1. Money may be picked up in the LCJLS Exhibit Hall upon release of entry on Saturday, March 2, at 1 pm. 7. All entries must be labeled with official entry tags. Entry tags are available at the Extension office prior to the Show and at the registration table in the LCJLS Exhibit Hall during the entry times on Wednesday and Thursday. 8. Every precaution will be taken to protect all articles entered, but in no case will the Lee County Junior Livestock Show Association or the Lee County Extension office, staff or agents be responsible for loss, damage, theft, breakage or any other form of loss. 9. A. Foods 1. Food items will be judged on the basis of quality, texture, appearance and flavor characteristics. All food items, except preserved items, will be tasted during judging.

2. Items requiring refrigeration will not be accepted.

3. A copy of the recipe MUST accompany each entry, with exhibitor’s name on recipe sheet.

B. Clothing & Fabrics quilts etc.

C. Fine Arts photography paintings drawings coloring pages scrapbooks

D. General Crafts wood metal foam bead ceramics etc.

CA$H Prizes awarded for each Grand  Champion, Reserve Champion, Blue Ribbon and Red Ribbon.  (See other side for Rules.) 

Compe on is open to ALL interested youth. 

Projects completed in school, church or at other func ons and ac vi es are eligible for entry in the YFCA compe on. 

You do not have to be a member of 4‐H or FFA to enter. 

You do not have to be entered in compe on in any other area of the LCJLS.
