The committee is now accepting entries for our 2019 Winter Carnival Parade of Lights.We offer this opportunity to participants on a first come first serve basis and look forward toseeing everyone come out in take part in this fun parade. If you would like to register your unit for the parade please sign this commitment form andreturn it with your $10 entry form to the St. James Chamber of Commerce office. Thank you for participating and making this great!

The Chamber will provide rules and regulations along with the unit number &liability once form is submitted.
