Welcome to the 18th Annual Werribee Family Picnic and Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt 2018All ticket profits and proceeds from Easter egg sales and raffles on the day are donated to the Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

As always there are plenty of rides and our fantastic shows on stage. Don’t forget to say hi to the Easter Bunny if you see him hopping by!

Also new this year is the Cadbury Easter Bunny Photo Stand. This will be located on the main lawn where you and your family will be able to take a memorable photo of this special day with the Cadbury Easter Bunny.

Raffle tickets will be able to be purchased from the Raffle & Information marquee. Enter for your chance to win one of five fantastic prizes from Cadbury. Winning tickets will be drawn on stage at 2.30pm. All proceeds collected will be donated to the Good Friday Appeal.

IMPORTANT INFORMATIONHunt Information Marquee: If your child does not have an allocated hunt time or pen colour, report to the Hunt Information Marquee on arrival.

Medical services: Ambulance is available on the Main Lawn.

Picnic area: Chairs, umbrellas and small sun tents can be used provided they do not obstruct views of the main stage.

Staff: Do not hesitate to ask the staff in purple uniforms if you require any assistance.

Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt and Family Picnic 2018

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS1. All participants in the Hunt must be between the ages of 3-12 years.

2. Participants may only enter one hunt, determined by their age at their last birthday.

3. All participants must have a Hunt entry ticket and retain the ticket at all times.

4. Participants will only have access to the Hunt at the time and pen designated on the entry ticket.

5. Hunt entry tickets may only be purchased by persons 18 years and over who are the parent, legal guardian or person responsible for the child(ren) entering the Hunt (the “Responsible Person”).

6. A responsible person must accompany children aged 3 and 4 years old into the Hunt.

7. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the event by an adult.

8. Certain laws provide non-excludable statutory guarantees, conditions or warranties for the supply of certain goods or services. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is to be taken to exclude, restrict or modify any guarantee, condition or warranty that Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd ABN 78 004 551 473 is prohibited by law from excluding, restricting or modifying. If such a statutory guarantee applies to this agreement and Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd breaches it, Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd accepts liability for such breach. All other warranties or representations are excluded.

9. By purchasing the entry ticket for the child(ren) under their care, the Responsible Person acknowledges and agrees that by allowing the child(ren) to participate in the Hunt;

10. Subject to Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd’s statutory obligations, they accept risk and liability which may result from such participation including without limitation injury to child(ren);

11. To the extent permitted by law, and subject to Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd’s statutory obligations, Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd will not be liable to them in contract, statute, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any loss, cost, expense, injury or damage howsoever arising (including from negligence) as a result of the participation of the child(ren) in the Hunt;

12. They consent to the child(ren) receiving any urgent medical treatment that a qualified medical authority in attendance at the Hunt may deem necessary and appropriate in the event that the Responsible Person cannot be located;

13. They consent to the use by Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd of the name, image or photograph of the child(ren) for event promotional purposes before, during or after the Hunt;

14. They accept full responsibility for the safety and personal possessions of themselves and the child(ren) participating in the Hunt; and

15. They shall and they shall ensure the child(ren) under their care, to abide by all rules and directions issued on the day of the Hunt by Mondelez Australia Pty Ltd and/or the organisers of the Hunt.

BY PURCHASING A TICKET FOR A CHILD TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ACCEPT THE EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT ARE PUBLISHED ON THE CADBURY WEBSITE WWW.CADBURY.COM.AU, ON THE EVENT PAGE ON THE TICKETMASTER WEBSITE WWW.TICKETMASTER.COM.AU, ON THE POSTERS THAT WILL BE DISPLAYED AT THE EVENT AND ON THE HUNT ENTRY TICKET.
