REGISTRATION
No entry forms will be available for registering to this event. All registration process has to be done using the World Archery Registration & Entries Online System (WAREOS): http://register.worldarchery.org
Registration will be open from Thursday, February 1, 2018. PRELIMINARY ENTRIES close on Thursday, March 15, 2018 and FINAL ENTRIES close on Wednesday, April 05, 2018.
Please pay attention to the stated deadlines. After the deadlines have passed, MAs will not be able to enter or update data in WAREOS anymore, and the system will be blocked. In this case, ifa MA would like to change or proceed with the Final Registration process after the deadline, it is required to contact the World Archery office to Mr. Jae Kyung LEE, World Archery Member Services Coordinator ([email protected]) and organising committee ([email protected])

There is no on-site registration for individuals.
If venue does reach its capacity, a waiting list in order of the received registrations will be maintained. Payment should be made at time of registration, to reserve a shooting position.
A team registration will also be possible on-site at the same time as the tournament check-in on Friday, April 13, 2018 and Saturday, April 14, 2018.

COMPETITION FORMAT
RECURVE
• Qualification Round: 70m Round (72 arrows, all 6 arrow ends).• Elimination Round will be utilizing the Set System (best of 5 Sets).• Team/Mixed team Rounds will follow the Set System (best of 4 Sets).
COMPOUND
• Qualification Round: 50m Round (72 arrows, all 6 arrow ends).• Elimination Round will be utilizing the cumulative scoring system (15 arrow matches, 5
ends × 3 arrows).• Team/Mixed team Rounds will follow the cumulative score system (total of four ends).
TOURNAMENT AWARDS
• 1st , 2nd , 3rd place of Veronica's Cup Individual Finals (medals and prize money for men/women, medals and material awards for juniors and cadets).
• 1st , 2nd , 3rd place of Team and Mixed Team (medals).
Awards will be given according to the final ranking after the elimination rounds. In the categorieswith less than 4 participants/teams, final ranking will be done according to the Qualification round.
No flags or equipment are allowed to be brought to the podium.

PRECISION AWARDS
Precision award will be presented to the most accurate male and female archer in the recurveand compound division.
As the most accurate archer will be awarded archer with the highest number of Xs after the qualification round.
As male archers are recognized all male archers, no matter of the age group. As female archers are recognized all female archers, no matter of the age group.

RULES
1. World Archery rules will apply (http://worldarchery.org/Rules).
2. Warm-up and Practice• Qualification: 2 warm-up ends prior to qualification round scoring.• Individual and Team/Mixed team Match Play: 2 warm-up ends are scheduled prior to the
beginning of the first match of a scoring session.• Additional practice will be available at the practice field.
3. Elimination Round (individual/team/mixed team) will be organised only in the categories with 4 or more participants.
4. Doping Control• Any archer may be subject to unannounced doping control.
OTHER INFORMATION
1. Water, shade and seating will be available for the participants is included in the entry fee.
2. Luches• Lunch for archers on Saturday and Sunday is included in the entry fee. For others lunch
will be available for 10 EUR per lunch.• We offer regular menu and vegeterian menu. We kindly ask all who want vegetrian menu,
to let us know before April 05, 2018.
