is to provide the service, food, and

atmosphere that you can only

experience in a Suite at Camp Randall

Stadium. We have created this

brochure to help you navigate the

season and have included a wealth of information pertaining to the suites and

game day operations. Please take a moment to look it over, and keep it handy

for any questions that may come up on or before game day.

Suite Amenities The suites offer a long list of amenities designed to

provide the ultimate game-day comfort and

convenience for all your personal and business

entertainment needs.

Complimentary in-suite food and non-alcoholic beverages with ability to

purchase alcoholic beverages

Operable window in each suite

Free Wi-Fi

Personal wait-staff service

Three television sets, I-pad, refrigerator, sink, wet bar, coat closet, and charging

station.

Non-smoking, climate controlled environment

Elevator access and convenient restroom facilities on each suite level

Access to suites two hours prior and one hour after each football game. Early

stadium access via Private Suite Holder Gates.

Access to your suite for the Spring Football Game and for meetings on non-

event days.

Opportunity to purchase premium tickets for other stadium events such as the

WIAA State Football Championships.

Athletic Development Office

The University of Wisconsin Athletic Department relies on private gifts to remain

competitive both within the Big Ten Conference and nationally.

As a result, we sincerely appreciate all contributions to meet the immediate and

long range funding needs of scholarship, facility and programmatic support for all

23 varsity sports offered at the University of Wisconsin.

Camp Randall Stadium suite holders are considered donors to UW Athletics

based on the charitable gift portion of the annual suite payment. As a donor to

UW Athletics, patrons receive priority for tickets, parking and special event

invitations based on their overall annual giving level and the Wisconsin Athletics

Priority Point System.

TICKETS Twenty suite tickets, five parking passes and four 4th quarter passes for each home

game will be mailed in early August to the address on file with the Athletic Ticket

Office.

Additional Suite Tickets are not available, however you may inquire about

additional game tickets or parking for home or away games by contacting the

Athletic Ticket Office directly.

Tickets that are lost or stolen can be replaced. It is important to make note of exact

seat locations when distributing tickets to multiple parties. To reprint any lost or

stolen ticket, you must have the exact seat number of each suite ticket that needs to be

replaced. Please contact Brian Moore directly with ticket issues.

SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS Let us help make celebrating those special occasions easy. A few of the services we

offer are custom cakes, personalized in-suite digital messages, beautiful flower

arrangements, and even a special bottle of bubbly to truly make the occasion

memorable. Give us a call to create the perfect package to make it truly an

unforgettable event.

We will gladly work with you on any special dietary requirements that your guests may

have. Please contact Premium Services five days prior to discuss individual concerns.

Each suite is ADA accessible and is equipped with a removable seat in the second row

to accommodate a guest in a wheelchair. If you know a future guest will be using a

wheelchair, please notify us ahead of time to have the seat removed.

Guest services is available to assist any guest that may need some help getting around

the stadium or to your suite on game day. Golf cart and wheelchair rides can be

arranged in advance by calling the Welcome Center at (608) 268-1866.

Food & Beverage The culinary team at the University of Wisconsin prides itself on taking

your game day experience to the next level. We are confident that the

menus we have created this summer will exceed your every expectation. Suite

holders will again be able to select from two unique menus for each home game.

From locally made cheese to magnificent desserts we have come up with some

exciting new selections. You and your guests will enjoy a full meal each and every

time the Badgers take the field. Current menus can be found at uwbadgers.com/

premiumservices. Take a moment and really envision what you and your guests

would enjoy on each game day.

Online Ordering

You can make your menu selections at

suites.kohlcenter.com. The suite owner or

administrator will be able select the menus for

all 7 home games at once. You are able to login

and see the menus you have selected, receive

order confirmations, and get your receipts

whenever you need them.

Beverages

Soft drinks and bottled water will also be stocked in your suite and replenished

throughout the event. Each suite can set it’s own par level of beer, wine, liquor and

mixers which will be inventoried and restocked before each home game. This year

there will be an option to pre-order the GAMEDAY cocktail for you suite.

Suite Attendants

Our team of students and floor captains will make your game day one for the memory

books. If you need assistance with I-pads, windows, beverages, or any other game

day fair, they will attend to your every need. Our team will serve you from the time

you get off the elevator until the time you are ready to leave the stadium.

GAME DAY ACCESS

Only guests with a suite ticket will be allowed access to the Suite Areas on game day.

Elevator personnel are on hand at the base of elevator #5 & #6 to assist suite ticket

holders to the correct elevators.

Please note that the elevators may get congested, especially prior to, during halftime,

and after the game. We will do our best to transport you as quickly as possible.

RE-ENTRY PASS SYSTEM Only suite ticket holders are granted access to the suite levels on game day. Your suite

ticket allows you to mingle and visit guests of other suites on all three suite levels.

However, suite ticket holders are not allowed access to the Buckingham Club or the

Varsity Clubs. Should you wish to leave the suite area for any reason on game day,

you should have your suite ticket and request a re-entry pass from the elevator

personnel. This pass, along with your original punched suite ticket will allow you re-

entry to the suites.

BILLING Suite Attendants will delivery Customer Summaries to your suite during the

4th quarter. We ask that the suite owner or host take a few moments to

review these for accuracy and sign them. Please realize these are not your

final bill as par stock will be added to it after the event.

All suite holders will be required to have a credit card on file for restocking

charges and any additional requests you might have during the season.

Charges will be automatically applied to that card on file the week after the

game.

Applicable taxes and administrative fees will be applied automatically to all

food and beverage orders. This is not intended to be a tip or gratuity for the

service staff or other employees.

NON-GAME DAY ACCESS Your suite is available for meetings on non-event days. We are able to fully

accommodate business meetings or social gatherings including audio visual

equipment, catered lunches and more. Please contact Premium Services for

further information.

SUITE DECOR

All suite holders have the option to display their name on the suite name

plate located in the hallway. If you wish to display additional signage or

décor within your suite, please contact Premium Services.
