Gifts that Do Good. Since 2007, UHCCF has awarded over 17,000 grants valued at more than $43M to children and their families across the United States. All purchases of UHCCF products go straight to funding the Foundation’s mission of giving medical grants to kids across the United States Help UHCCF reach their goal of awarding 20,000 medical grants by 2020!

Recipients don’t need to have UnitedHealthcare insurance to apply or receive a grant from UHCCF! Eighty percent of grant recipients are not UnitedHealthcare members.

Qualifying families can receive up to $5,000 annually, per child ($10,000* lifetime max) to help pay for medical services and equipment, such as physical, occupational and speech therapies, counseling services, surgeries, prescription medications, wheelchairs, orthotics, eyeglasses and hearing aids.
