XP75 When Nothing but Heavy Duty will DoOur XP75 is light on tare weight, heavy on payload and offers one of the highest concentrated load ratings in an aluminum flatbed. Available in standard lengths from 48 feet to 53 feet, we also offer options for your special applications that include 28, 32, 45 and 51foot lengths. Our patent-pending design - the lightest tare weight on the market - removes 1,000 lbs. and in some cases, up to 1,600 lbs., of weight from the trailer and is still 35-50% stronger than comparable models. Smooth Side, Aerodynamic Bulkhead Design

Our Dump Trailers feature inter-locking, smooth-sided,

all-aluminum side panels with standard thicknesses of .175”

5454H34 and optional thicknesses of .156” 5454H34,

and.250” 5454H35. The bulkhead is wrapped around the

sides which transfers the hoist load to side walls reducing

stress in tough applications. Enjoy improved fuel efficiency

produced through this aerodynamic design.

unloading Made Easy

Our gate configurations give you options for various hauling

and dumping capabilities. The standard overslung hinge and

optional air-controlled side-swing variation make unloading

from the bottom or the side available.

Frame Design

Available in standard 22ft. to 40ft. lengths, the XD Frame

Dump is also available in 40 ft. to 45 ft. multi-axle configura-

tion optional equipment for the Canadian market. The steel

W-Beam main beam is available in various sizes in steel or

aluminum. The XD Frameless features 22ft. to 42ft. lengths,

a 17in. alumunum sub-frame, z3in. X 5in. aluminum tube

draftarms and 96in. width.

When Details Matter

The man door in the bulkhead provides easy access to the

trailer body and for driver safety and the remote grease line

for the rear upper and lower hoist makes maintenance faster

and more efficient. Also available as optional equipment is a

top rail cap angle, bed liners (1/4 inch thru 1/2 inch,

and 8ft to 12ft wide) and high-quality tarp systems.

Extreme T - Load Securement Hook

The device’s patented design prevents slipping,

warping, and bending when attaching loads, a feature

that improves safety both during load securement and

during transit. In addition, the Extreme T stays flush

and tight on the flatbed, which prevents the load from

shifting position mid-transit.

The Extreme T load securement hook can swivel 45º

in each direction, making it easier to secure in a variety

of positions. Drivers can also cinch a chain to the Ex-

treme T and still swivel 45º in each direction—all while

remaining flush against the flatbed.
