The results from the survey show thatPhilippine female leaders areoptimistic about the growth of theircompany, industry, country and theglobal economy. With today’stechnologies disrupting the sectors towhich we operate, leading women inthe country see these advancementsas growth opportunities rather thanthreats.

There is a strong economic imperativeto include women in every part ofbusiness, not only in the Philippinesbut also around the world. Femaleleaders plan to increase the number ofwomen enablement programs tosupport, empower, further educateand to bring more women in thebusiness community.
