US Open Event Cards may be applied toward the following (Event Cards must be presented at time of purchase or submitted with a deposit order form):
• Individual tickets purchased at the USTA Billie Jean King National Center Box Office
• Full Series, Mini Plan and Group deposits
• Merchandise, food or beverages (at select locations) on the grounds and in the restaurants of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center during the 2018 US Open, from qualifying week through the last day of the 2018 tournament (August 21 through September 9)
Please note Event Cards cannot be used to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster, or to purchase merchandise through the US Open online shop.
2018 US Open Event Cards will be sent via FedEx in the spring.

All Event Card orders are NON-REFUNDABLE. Event Cards are redeemable at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Box Office for 2018 US Open tickets and are also redeemable on the grounds of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center during the 2018 US Open (beginning August 21) for tickets, merchandise (at select locations) and food and beverage (at select locations). Tickets are subject to all US Open ticket terms, conditions and policies. The USTA is not responsible for lost or stolen Event Cards, nor is the USTA responsible for economic loss due to unauthorized use. Event Cards are not redeemable for cash and expire September 9, 2018 (or the last day of the 2018 US Open , whichever is later). Any unused balance will be donated to USTA Player Development Incorporated and/or USTA Foundation Incorporated (charitable not-for profit organizations) use.
