Prevent OVERHEATINGMore and more awareness is created about overheating. And that is good news. But how doyou explain your customers and consumers whyDooky is safe and other ‘solutions’ probably not?

Situations creating overheatingResearch has shown that it can become dangerously hot in a pram or stroller when it is covered with a (thick) blanketSome brands have hoods which cover most of the baby.They do protect against the sun. However, as these hoodsare synthetic and not breathable, they create a very hotenvironment. And many consumers still have the old habitof covering their baby with a muslin. Allthough muslin cotton seems more breathable than thick blankets, they do not prevent overheating and offer no protection against UV radiation which may cause babies to suffer from sunburns.

The solutionThe registered design of Dooky is the answer. It creates a peaceful environment for a baby. It can be rolled up and down so when the baby is asleep it is darker. When rolled up slightly, extra ventilation can be created, and parents can keep eyecon-tact with their baby. When rolled up when the baby is awake, it keeps direct sunlight out of the baby’s face.

Another advantage: sun protection In addition to the above solution, Dooky can also be used as sun protection. The big advantages compared to traditional parasols:- No need to adjust the parasol when you change walking direction: Dooky always blocks direct sunlight.- Dooky is not affected by winds. On windy days, umbrellas are a nightmare to use.- Dooky has an UV Protection Factor (UPF) of 40+, which is rated as Excellent UV Protection.- Dooky creates a dark impulse free environment.
