About Rustichella d’Abruzzo
A family-run artisanal pastificio in Abruzzo, Rustichella d’Abruzzo crafts its pasta
using top-quality flours and pure Apennine mountain spring water. The pasta is
extruded through hand-carved bronze dies for a rustic texture that holds sauce
beautifully, and is air-dried for up to 56 hours to further develop flavor.

In Modena—the birthplace of balsamico—the Leonardi family has been
making traditional balsamic vinegar for four generations.
To create balsamico, Trebbiano and Lambrusco grape must is reduced in
open copper cauldrons for at least 30 hours, then transferred to a large
cask with a mother vinegar base. It then undergoes a long and
complex aging process, in which it is transferred to a series of
progressively smaller barrels made of different woods.
The process for making Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale is regulated by the
European Union, guaranteeing authenticity, consistency, and the
continuation of its centuries-long tradition. Acetaia Leonardi Traditional

BALSAMIC VINEGAR OF MODENA I.G.P.
To make Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. (Protected Geographical Indication) vinegars, Trebbiano and
Lambrusco grape must is cooked for approximately 30 hours to reduce and thicken. Once cooled, the must
is placed in large oak casks with a mother vinegar base and blended with a maximum of 10% high quality red
wine vinegar. Next, the vinegar is rotated and aged in a variety of wood barrels for a minimum of two years
and blended before bottling to ensure perfect balance.
