Supporting Care in an Interconnected World 22nd – 23rd October 2018 | Mannheim, Germany
Dear EIT Health Partners & Friends,It is my pleasure to welcome you to this joint event comprising the 2018 EIT Health Germany Annual Symposium & the first of three Ideation Meetings of EIT Health after the launch of our new Focus Areas and the simplified EIT Health Innovation Platform.
Against the backdrop of some excellent keynote presentations on the topic of “Supporting Care in an Interconnected World”, we are going to focus on discussing, exchanging and - most importantly - draf-ting tangible new project ideas in our two continuing EIT Health Focus Areas “Bringing Care Home” and “Harnessing the Power of Real-World Data” over the next two days. We are also going to be treated to the final pitches of the EIT Health Germany Head-start Awards as well as discussions of regional and European collaboration opportunities.
We have a great mix of EIT Health partners from across Europe, many health-related stakeholders, and participants of the ecosystem as well as experts present and I look forward to many fruitful discussions and inspirational ideas resulting from this event.
Best wishes,
Katharina LadewigManaging Director EIT Health Germany
