CADA was born out of a much-needed opportunity to unite the data and analytics industries and, most importantly, to bring back some fun! Our story started in 2015, when we delivered an awe-inspiring conference that set the tone for a journey of learning.

Our track record speaks for itself: We’ve heard from some incredible keynote speakers and industry experts. This year, we want you to get even more bang for your buck, which is why we’ve decided to continue offering a destination conference right on our doorstep: Hermanus!

We asked you and you’ve spoken, which is why we are also offering more networking opportunities! Come and join us in our playground, where you’ll engage. grow. ignite.

WHAT DO WE LOVE?Cape Town is our home. Our chosen destination is a beautiful hotel between Kleinmond and Hermanus, the Arabella Hotel and Spa.

The Keynote

Ryan Hogarth is the author of the recently published “How to Win Influence & Friend People”. He has spent the last 5 years immersing himself in the world of Social Media, Mobile and Technology to understand how these have caused the seismic shift in business thinking we have seen in the last decade.

He maintains a regular blog and has written for Die Beeld, Business Tech, Meetings SA, BusinessTech, Franchise Warehouse, Skyways, Human capital Review & Shop-SA. He has worked with such clients as Ernst & Young, IBM, ITweb, General Motors, FNB and Telkom.

As a sought after speaker on change, communication and social business, Ryan has an expert grasp and knowledge of the changing face of business being created by mobile, social and eBusiness; not just as marketing tools but the impact on Human Resources as well as risk and privacy implications brought by the social generation. Some of the largest companies have employed Ryan to help provide insight into the new, fertile, as yet unexplored environment of social business.

Barry Hilton has raised the world’s laughter level considerably. With a track record of 30 years in comedy, his delightful knack of finding the ludicrous and the humorous turns daily situations on their head to make us laugh at life.

His face is as funny as his repartee, with lugubrious looks tailor-made for mirth. Barry’s gregarious personality makes him a people’s person, happy to engage with the audience before and after his shows. Barry is a seasoned comedian who’s as streetwise as any youngster. He’s remained at the top by continually coming up with fresh material - and by having six children to keep him hip and happening.

Bruce Whitfield is an award winning financial journalist who hosts The Money Show each weeknight on 702 and CapeTalk, offering a wrap-up of the day’s business news as well as insight into trends and expert advice on all things money-related.

Bruce interviews blue chip company CEOs as well as entrepreneurs whose businesses are both inspiring and helping shape a better South Africa. A variety of expert contributors and regular features pepper the show, all designed to help audiences make sense of money, from personal finance to markets and big economic matters.
