The X-117 features some of the most advanced AR-15 technology available on the consumer market. Built around a gas piston system, the X-117 offers increased reliability and less cleaning compared to standard direct impingement systems. Additionally, The X-117 system was optimized for flawless use of X Products drum magazines. Right out of the box the X-117 includes a power house of upgrades ranging from the non-reciprocating side charging upper down to the furniture. The 16-inch and 18-inch DMR models feature adjustable gas systems for increased performance in suppressed applications. X Products heavily scrutinized every component of the X-117 to ensure it would meet the high quality standards synonymous with the X Products brand.

Our non-reciprocating Side Charging Uppers (SCU) represent one of the biggest improvements to the AR-15 platform. The SCU is a true drop-in system that allows use of a Mil-Std bolt without machine modification. We carry 2 variations of the SCU along with a traditional Mil-Std upper.

The lightweight X-17 trigger module by X Products is the most advanced SCAR®17 trigger module on the market. Get all the benefits of the SCAR®17 without the need for proprietary magazines. The X-17 accepts SR-25 pattern magazines such as the X-25 drum or SR25 P-Mags. Additionally, the X-17 is compatible with AR-15 pistol grips for increased versatility. The X-17 lower is made from 7075 aircraft grade aluminum and it weighs less than other aluminum SCAR®17 lowers.
