Influenza virus NGS by the numbers Pipeline runs using 2 MiSeq and 1 NextSeq

• If each is run 1 time each week:- 91 samples plus 5 controls/MiSeq

- 364 samples plus 16 controls/NextSeq

- 1 genome approximately 300,000 reads (2x150 paired end)

- 546 potential genomes/week
