POOL RENTALHow about hosting your next party, company outing, or event at the TOSA Pool?

Pool rental includes private rental of the pool area and admissions for your guests. You may complete your event with food from our concession stand, use the caterer of your choice or provide your own food and beverage.

The pool features heated water, zero depth entry, diving boards, tots’ water play set, giant slide and sand play area, in a beautiful parkland setting.

Capacity 1,100 people Rate $435 per hour with 2 hour minimum Available Friday and Saturday from 6:30-9:30 pm

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Grand Hall A full refund will be issued for cancellations at least 46 days prior to the original rental date. • A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations within 30-45 days prior to the original rental date. • Cancellations less than 30 days before the event will result in a forfeiture of the rental fee.

Pool and Full Facility A full refund will be issued for cancellations at least 46 days prior to the original pool rental date. • A 50% refund will be issued for

cancellations within 30-45 days prior to the original rental date.

• Refunds are not issued due to unfavorable weather conditions. Every

Splash Party or Shade RentalA full refund of deposit will be issued for cancellations at least 10 days prior to the original event date. • A 50% refund of deposit will be issued

for cancellations within 3-9 days prior to the original event date.

• Cancellations less than 3 days before the event will result in a forfeiture of the deposit.

• The pool remains open if it is raining or if the temperature is cool. Severe weather conditions will cause the pool to close. If the pool is closed the day of your party or rental due to inclement weather or extenuating circumstances before your scheduled time, you may reschedule your party or shade rental or receive a full refund.

SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS

TOSA Pool is committed to providing a comfortable and

onsite. Please adhere to our supervision guidelines below for all rentals and birthday parties.
