Insights: - Study breaks were rated as the most important program in the residence halls. - Respondents feel at home in their Section and Dorm community. - Respondents feel safe in their residence halls. - Respondents report feeling satisfied with the cleanliness of their residence halls and bathroom facilities. - Respondents report feeling the House Team members support them and their dorm, respond to concerns, are approachable, and are present in their community. - On average, respondents reported interacting with 1-2 GRTs in their dorm. - Overwhelmingly, respondents reported seeking out a peer or GRT in their building when faced with academic and non-academic issues, including career advice, relationship issues, roommate conflicts, and questions about medical and mental health resources. - A little over half of respondents (62%) reported they would like to have more meaningful conversations with their GRT. - Respondents rated a number of different roles in which the GRTS are expected to serve as important, including holding study breaks, mediating conflict, being a knowledge source, and being someone I can just talk to. - Respondents are comfortable contacting members of the House Team at any time if needed and know where the House Team members live. - Respondents reported "supporting my dorm's activities", "being a knowledge source for support resources on campus", and "contributing to a sense of dorm community" as the most important features of the RLAD role. - Respondents report their dorm Executive Team advocates for the dorm, has been responsive to their concerns, and seeks out student input.
