CANCELLATIONS.
72-hour notice prior to ship date is
required to cancel any order.
CLAIMS.
Each shipment should be inspected
for shortages and damages. Any
exceptions must be noted on freight
bill and reported to the freight
carrier within seven days of receipt
of merchandise.
PAYMENT TERMS.
Net 30 days on approved credit.
Visa, MasterCard and American
Express accepted. Sorry, no C.O.D

BACKORDERS.
Items not available at the time of
shipment will be put on backorder
with authorization from customer.
Backorders ship with the same
freight terms as the original PO.
