Location: 2 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, S.E. 754 East Tower, Atlanta, Georgia 30334 (entry into the building requires
photo identification)

*Participants MUST download and bring the “Child Care Learning Center Applicant’s Guide”. This document can be found on the Bright from the Start website at:
http://www.decal.ga.gov/documents/attachments/ApplicationLicensingPacketCCLC.pdf There is limited table space for laptops in the meeting room.
Space is limited therefore pre-registration is required to reserve a seat.
*Pre-register for the meeting using the GA PDS at: https://gapds.decal.ga.gov
Click “Find Training.” Type “Licensure” in the space for Location Name to see dates and locations available. Follow instructions shown on screen to register for the class chosen. New Users should create an account.
NOTE: Participants arriving at or after 9:45 a.m., will not receive a certificate for the meeting.

Parking & Entry into Twin Towers – East Tower, 6th Floor
1. We recommend you park in the Pete Hackney Parking Deck ($5.00 Cash), indicated in the box on
the map below.
2. You have two options to enter the Twin Towers building, indicated in the circle on the map above.
Option 1 – Entering Twin Towers through Main Entrance on Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.
Take parking elevators to the ground level.
Turn left; walk up the hill to the corner of Jesse Hill Jr. Drive and M.L. King Jr. Dr.
At the corner, cross Jesse Hill Jr. Dr. and walk to the main entrance of the Twin Towers.
In the lobby, walk to your right to go to the East Tower security desk (located on the “plaza” level). Each tower has
its own security desk instead of the main security desk.
Use your assigned state id to tap the card reader on the turnstile to enter the elevator bank, located behind the
security desk.
If you don’t have your state id or are a visitor, you will need to check in at the security desk with your driver’s
license.
Use elevator to go to the 6th floor, where the main receptionist’s desk is located.
Option 2 – Entering Twin Towers through Side Entrance (via covered bridges) from the Pete Hackney Parking Deck.
Take the elevators located in the left corner of each parking level to level 5, where the first covered bridge is
located.
When you arrive at level 5, the bridge is located around the corner from the elevator.
Follow this bridge, which crosses over Marta tracks below, to the Butler Parking Deck and another set of elevators.
Press the down arrow when you reach the elevators.
In the elevator, press the button marked “BR,” which takes you to the next covered bridge.
Turn left after exiting the elevator and walk across the covered bridge into the Twin Towers lobby.
The East Tower security desk will be on your left.
