OVERVIEW

My professional life has afforded me an opportunity to experience a wide array of processes, procedures and

success in different companies, large and small. My experiences with customers, clients, coworkers,

management and CEOs has provided me a wealth of knowledge and experiences from which to learn and

grow. Even though each opportunity has provided me with different situations specific to the business, I have

noticed a trend and need for my skills as a trainer and leader. Whether coaching peers on using new sale

techniques, learning the best practices for customer service or training employees on using new technology

and software to make their lives easier, teaching has been an integral part of my professional and personal

life. My own learning skills allow me to study and adapt well to new software and technology. My

organizational abilities are second to none in preparing for various training and learning situations, expected

and unexpected. My relaxed and affable personality allow me to work with an expansive array of individuals,

with varied levels of expertise and learning styles. These skills have been paramount in leading teams and

organizing training.

I have been successful in a variety of situations that require me to work on an individual level, as well as in a

team environment. I have worked in positions where personal dedication, perseverance and creativity are

essential to being successful. I am looking for a long-term position that will allow me to use these talents

and strengths to help others and to serve in a role where I can be most effective. This position will allow me

to use my leadership, organizational, training and personal skills to their fullest, while helping people and

businesses achieve success. My background in education, business, technology and training have provided

me with the necessary tools to be successful.
