Membership Benefits The Friendswood Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit, pro-business organization that brings Friendswood area businesses and representatives together to achieve a common goal to make Friendswood a better place to live, work and do business.

Networking Opportunities Your participation in committee activities gives you and your business exposure to the community and the opportunity to network with other Chamber members.

a) Monthly Luncheons: Held the first Thursday of the month, members network and enjoy informative speakers.

b) Mixers: Members are encouraged to host Mixers. You can use the Chamber office or entertain at your place of business.

c) Networking Breakfast “Kick Start Your Day” Come enjoy the most important meal of the day. Meet new contacts and exchange business ideas. Held the last Thursday of the month.

d) Brown Bag Lunch: Bring your lunch for a great networking opportunity. This event is held the third Thursday of each month at the Chamber office.

Ribbon Cuttings/Grand Openings Our Chamber provides each member free publicity regarding the formal opening of their facilities.

The Ambassadors Team Ambassadors are the “Good Will” group of professionals, interested in making contacts with new and existing businesses in the community and networking with loyal chamber members. Becoming an Ambassador is one of the best ways to get connected in the Chamber.

Membership Referrals The most important benefit of membership in the Chamber is a referral by the Chamber office and other members.

Plaque & Door Decal Each member of our Chamber receives an attractive membership plaque & door decal. This lets your customers and clients know that your business is a contributor to the community and economic development programs.

Membership Directory & Guide Book An annual publication where members are listed categorically and alphabetically in the booklet.

Weekly E-News Each member receives a Chamber E-News via email. You can advertise your business by placing an ad or announcement regarding an upcoming event for your business for a fee.

Chamber Website Each member is listed in the Membership Roster of the Chamber website www.friendswoodchamber.com with a link to the member’s website.

Meeting Room Our current facility is equipped with a spacious conference room with internet. Members can schedule the room for use under certain guidelines.
