All additional sponsors will have their name and logo on a special banner in their sponsored event, their company listed on the conference webpage and in the conference program, and be mentioned in the general session slide show.

Expo booths $300 are available in the exposition hall. Each booth is 6’x6’ and includes a table, tablecloth, two chairs and a tent card. Electricity and wifi can be purchased from the hotel. Contact Conference@atdvos.org to book your spot or to ask any questions.

Note about logos and ads for the conference program: From Platinum, Gold, and Silver sponsors, we will need logos and ad content to be displayed in the conference program. TIF preferred. Must be at least 300 dpi.

Note about logos to be displayed on the conference website: Please provide a copy of your logo to be displayed on the conference web pages. Logos should not exceed 200 pixels in width and 200 pixels in height. PNG, GIF or JPEG format preferred. The logo will be displayed on the conference-related pages only. The logos will be displayed until the conference concludes and the conference web pages are deactivated. Platinum, Gold, and Silver level logos will display on the website until August 2018. Logos for the conference website should be sent to web@atdvos.org.
