2016/2017 Teacher Satisfaction Survey Results

Survey Respondent ProfileOne hundred and seventy (170) CBE teachers, approximately eighty-nine percent (89%) of the total population, completed the CBE teacher survey.

One hundred percent (100%) of the teachers from St. Thomas More and St. Francis de Sales completed the survey.

Two (2) teachers from Aquinas College, seven (7) from Mary, Star of the Sea Catholic Academy, six (6) from Xavier’s Lower School, four (4) from Sts. Francis & Joseph School and three (3) from St Cecilia’s did not complete the teacher survey.

The majority of respondents fromevery school agreed that theirschool’s facilities are neat, clean, safeand comfortable. Aquinas Collegeteachers were the only group wherethe majority strongly agreed thattheir facilities were of a high quality.

The majority of respondents from all schools agreedthat the level of curriculum & instruction at their schoolwas high.

The only question in the curriculum & instructionsection for which a high percentage of respondentsdisagreed was the question pertaining to having sufficientresources to achieve the goals and objectives set out forthem.

Forty one percent (41%) of respondents disagreed thatthey had sufficient resources to achieve the goals andobjectives set out for them.
