EmergenciesAny person requiring emergency medical attentionor requiring law enforcement assistance should call theCommand Post 831 644-0594 or have a marshal radiothe Command Post and request a mobile unit bedispatched immediately. Marshal captains equippedwith radios are available for emergency situations oneach golf course.

Give exact directions and always stay with the patient orreportee until medical care or law enforcement arrives. Do notattempt to administer medical treatment unless you haveproper training.

Non-EmergenciesIf a person cannot walk to the First-Aid trailer at oneof the locations above, please go to the closest greenwhere a marshal volunteer with a radio will beavailable. Please call the Command Post with yourrequest. Should a situation arise which requires medicalattention and the patient is not on the golf course or isin the clubhouse or lodge area, the patient may eithergo to the nearest First-Aid trailer on the course or callthe Command Post to have an ambulance dispatched atthe discretion of those involved.

The AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am is a 72-hole PGA TOUR championship tournament played on Pebble Beach, Spyglass, and Monterey Peninsula Country Club golf courses. Professionals compete for a $7 million purse and are paired with amateurs in teams that compete for a $100,000 pro-am purse. Foursomes rotate to each of the three golf courses on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The final round on Sunday is played at Pebble Beach. Starting times begin at 8:00 am each day and play concludes at approximately 4:00 pm. Sunday, play begins at approximately 7:30 am and concludes at approximately 3:00 pm.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Cameras/Mobile DevicesThe use of any camera device is allowed ONLYMonday – Wednesday.

Mobile devices are permitted and must be on “silent.”To place or receive calls or to text, please proceed to thedesignated call areas on course and away from play. Use ofmobile devices is not permitted along rope line.

Spectators are able to make cell phone calls in designatedcalling areas on all three courses as well as the ability tofollow the action online as long as they have their deviceson silent mode and do not use the camera function.

Upon arrival, EVERYONE will proceed through aSecurity Check Point. Any unauthorized items will beheld and placed in a secure storage area to be picked upupon departure.

Lost and FoundAny lost item should be reported and any found itemshould be returned to the nearest Information Booth assoon as possible.

Found items will be forwarded several times a day to theMain Information Booth at the Grand Entrance. At theend of each day, any unclaimed item will be forwarded toOperations Headquarters located on Portola Road.

Security/Back Pack PolicyFor security purposes, the PGA TOUR does not allowglass bottles or cans, backpacks, packages, large purses,large camera cases, food containers, coolers, nor ladders onthe tournament courses at any time. Security check pointswill be set up at each entrance to scan all carried in items.Committee chairmen will distribute an approved clearlogoed bag, 12 x 6 x 12, to volunteers.

Information BoothOn Pebble Beach GL the information booths are located at the Grand Entrance, the 15th and 18th green, 17th tee, Carmel gate, and the Triangle adjacent to holes 6, 8, and 14. Additional booths are located at the main entrance of Spyglass Hill GC and MPCC Shore Course.

• Abstain from consumption or use of all alcohol, tobacco products and illegal substances while on duty,and while on course in uniform. Volunteers who donot comply with this policy, will be DISMISSEDIMMEDIATELY.

• Be punctual. This means arriving 15 minutes beforeyour shift and ready to work your scheduled times.

• In case of illness, notify your chairman.

• Never answer “I don’t know, ” instead reply, “I will findout that information for you” and then research throughthe appropriate channels. NEVER give out incorrectinformation.

• Volunteers are expected to work their entire assigned shiftunless alternate arrangements have been made in advance.

• When you are wearing your AT&T Pebble BeachPro-Am uniform please remember that you arerepresenting the tournament regardless if you areon or off duty. At all times be sure you are courteousand respectful to all individuals as well as maintaining aprofessional level of conduct.

• Report any emergencies to the appropriate authoritiesafter first taking immediate action to ensure the healthand safety of the individual.

• Do not engage in any inappropriate contact orrelationship with contestants, sponsors, volunteers orother participants of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

• Respect property belonging to the tournament and itssponsors at all times.

AutographsThe PGA TOUR policy states that autographs arepermitted at the conclusion of play only and noitems used for autographs may be larger than 8x10.Volunteers are not permitted to request autographswhile on duty. Volunteers who do not comply with thispolicy, will not be asked to volunteer in the future.
