UK REWARDS AND SALARY SURVEY 2016:

STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AND FINDINGS

INTRODUCTIONIn its first year, the Property Recruitment Company’s Rewards and Salary Survey has sought to address an absence of research into salaries of professionals within the student accommodation sector. The Property Recruitment Company has recognized the importance of examining such trends in a sector with such unprecedented growth. 300 participants were surveyed between February 2016 and March 2016. Besides statistics on current salaries, salary change and current bonus and benet packages, the results give an insight into wider issues such as employee satisfaction, anticipation for the future and perception of incentives. The results will give openness on staff benefits that has not yet been achieved within the sector. Because of rounding, some percentages may not add up to 100%.Thanks must go to the people who took time to participate in the survey.

YEARS EXPERIENCEHow many years have you worked within the student accommodation sector?
