Team Structure

We are a strategic partner – an extension to your team and we value the importance of maintaining one

voice to strengthen your brand and identity.

As a partner with our clients, Productivity PR believes in constant communication – a two-way sharing of

information. Our systems facilitate instant communication to provide service for the clients at the

moment it is needed, whether via e-mail, telephone, instant messaging, or cell. We are also different

from most other agencies in that every member of our staff works on every account in one way or

another ensuring that our clients’ and the media’s needs can be addressed by any staff member at any

time.

In addition to the core team (Tracey Rosen, Tany Soussana, and Kelli Dobbins) which is responsible for

branding, messaging, creative strategy, print and broadcast editorial placements, high-profile online

media exposure, social media campaigns, and marketing initiatives; Productivity PR has two additional

supporting team members that support the core team’s efforts. When additional projects or on-site events require additional staff, Productivity PR has a talented group of part-time staff and freelancers

that we can call upon as needed.

Excellence in client service

Communication and stability are critical components of excellence in client service. While Productivity PR

continues to grow its experience through new team members, all of our staff members have professional

experience, an education specifically in public relations or marketing, and spend their personal time becoming familiar with each and every client before they begin work on an account. In addition, we

believe that there are minimum commitments to client service which simply cannot be compromised

and we are proud to say that Productivity PR excels at building partnerships with our clients.

Celebrity Seeding The concept of celebrity gifting is incredibly powerful because it is incredibly simple. Consumers naturally accept products and services used by people they admire or accept in popular culture. If you can associate your brand with someone who is commonly accepted, your product will be commonly accepted. It is the most tested and most proved marketing strategy on earth because it works.

Productivity PR, Inc. will recommend a list of celebrities and/or their children that might be interested in your brand and coordinate sending the celebrity a sample with a personalized letter to the appropriate manger, agent and/or publicist to deliver the item to the intended celebrity.

In addition, Productivity PR, Inc. will identify and help negotiate participation fees for celebrity gift suites at award shows, high-profile events, and premiere events. If celebrity photos or “thank you” letters have been secured, Productivity PR, Inc. will contact the appropriate celebrity-driven magazines and Web sites to generate media coverage and awareness. Please

note that products that can be easily visible by paparazzi photographs while the celebrity is “out and about” are ideal.

Social Media Marketing – Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & Pinterest

According to Forrester Research, one in five online young adults in the U.S. use a social networking site on a daily basis. Nearly half of online adults in the U.S. are also social media users, participating in at least one online social activity. Not joining the conversation in these existing online social networking communities is a missed opportunity to reach a captive audience. Social networking sites present an unmatched opportunity to build brand loyalty among

your existing customer base as well as leverage their networks to spread the word about your products and services. Productivity PR, Inc. will approach these sites with the right content, strategy, and tone which can result in increased Web site traffic, brand awareness and ultimately revenue.

Social Media Marketing (cont). Why are Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram such effective marketing tools? In part, because they have become such an important part of people’s lives. But these platforms also allow a person to connect and share everything that is important to them, including the brands that they love with their friends. A word of mouth recommendation has always been the most trusted, effective form of marketing. Facebook and Twitter simply allows the 1 to 1 phenomenon of word of mouth to become scalable. Individuals who ‘like’, ‘follow’ and interact with brands on Facebook and Twitter can share their interactions organically to their entire network through the news feed. On average people on Facebook have about 130 friends, and with over 500 million people on Facebook, each interaction has the potential to create word of mouth at a scale Productivity PR can create and manage a social media marketing campaign to generate more “Likes” or fans for your business page (or create one if one if a fan page does not already exist) and engage fans so that your brand is always top of mind. Utilizing a pay-per-click or pay-per-impressions advertising strategy, Productivity PR can target specific demographics that are potential customers, recommend a daily budget, and manage the advertising campaign to turn page visitors into fans and potential customers. In addition, as of 2016, Pinterest has more than 100 million active users. Not only is its reach growing, but the average amount of time spent on the site per visitor was more than 90 minutes. These stats show that the site is sticky, providing significant value to its users so they’re willing to set aside a large chunk of their day to spend on it. Productivity PR can create a Pinterest board and manage it for your brand and products. By pinning items on Pinterest with compelling and engaging captions, we will link them directly to e-commerce sites to capture potential customers at their time of interest. And with 500 million active users, Instagram has quickly grown to be the preferred social media platform among ‘tweens, teens, and young adults. Utilizing photos, comments, hashtags, contests and more; Instagram can be beneficial to create viral awareness of a brand that people can visually relate to. So, which social media platform is the most effective to market on? The answer is that it depends on your brand and target audience. Productivity PR will work with you to determine the best social media platform to reach the right audience with the right messaging.
