1. THE CONTEST:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

Santa Anita Park will have host ten (10) qualifiers throughout the 2016 Winter/Spring/Summer Meet. Refer to Appendix A to reference ways to qualify. All qualifiers must be different. On Monday, July 4th, 2016, each of the ten (10) qualifiers will be randomly assigned one (1) horse in a race to be determined by Santa Anita Park. Santa Anita Park officials will determine this race on Monday, July 4th, 2016. The qualifiers must be present on Monday, July 4th, 2016. Qualifiers will be put in random order determined by Santa Anita Park. One at a time, qualifiers will select their horse number from a discreet bag. The number selected will be the official program number and will be assigned that horse. For example, if the qualifier chooses the “one card,” the qualifiers assigned horse is the one (1) horse. The horse that wins the race will be the official winner of the 2016 Mercedes GLC. These must be the official results as laid out by all pari-mutuel rules and California Horse Racing Board rulings. If a horse wins that has not been assigned to a qualifier, the second place will be declared the winner and so on. If there is a scratch prior to the race, the qualifier will be assigned a horse that has not yet been assigned to another qualifier. In the event, that all the horses have been assigned to a qualifier, that qualifier will not be eligible to win the contest. If there isn’t a 10 horse race carded without any scratches going into the race day, the following will take place. The last three races will be used. On the third to last race, the first five (5) names selected will be assigned horse numbers as stipulated above. The top two (2) finishers will qualify for the final race. The official order of finish decides the top two qualifiers. For the second to last race, the final 5 names will be assigned horse numbers as stipulated above. The top two (2) finishers will qualify for the final race. The official order of finish decides the top two qualifiers. The four (4) qualifiers will again be assigned NEW horses numbers in the final race. The official order of finish will determine the winner. If there is a dead heat for win, and both horses have been assigned to a qualifier, the winner will be determined by coin flip. The coin flip will take place in the presence of both contestants.

2. ENTRIES & HOW TO ENTER:

Must be 18 or older on date of entry to enter. Limit of one (1) entry per person per qualifying contest. See Appendix A to determine rules of each qualifying contest. Refer to Appendix A for the determined ways to qualify. There will be ten (10) qualifiers.

3. PRIZE

A 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLC (approximated MSRP - $42,000). The winner is responsible for all government fees, additional taxes and insurance. The prize winner must take possession of the car from Rusnak/Arcadia located at 55 W. Huntington, Dr. Arcadia, 91007 no later than July 31, 2016.

4. COMPLETING AND DEPOSITING CONTEST ENTRIES FOR QUALIFYING:

After carefully reading the directions and abridged rules on the contest card, deposit your contest card in an official contest box located throughout Santa Anita Park on designated qualifying days. PLEASE PRINT YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS CLEARLY. ONLY OFFICIAL SANTA ANITA PARK CONTEST ENTRY CARDS ARE VALID. ANY REPRODUCTIONS OF ANY KIND, FACSIMILES, XEROX COPIES OR PIECES ALTERED IN ANY WAY FROM THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. Only official contest entry cards may be used.

5. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY:

There is no charge whatsoever for entry, prize winnings or participation in this contest. Contest entry cards for Santa Anita Park's Rusnak Mercedes-Benz Giveaway contest are available free of charge at all admission gates on designated qualifying days. To deposit your entry without paying admission, simply deposit your entry card in one of the official contest boxes located outside of the admission gates. Limit one contest entry card per handwritten request. Santa Anita Park's Rusnak Mercedes-Benz Giveaway contest is void where prohibited by law. 6. AFFIDAVITS:

Affidavits confirming compliance of all rules of this contest will be required of all Qualifiers and Prize Winners. Winning persons acknowledge that if they enter this contest under a fraudulent name and/or Social Security number, they will be immediately disqualified from this and all future contests held by Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc. Positive identification is required of all prize winners. (Positive identification is a valid Driver's License with a picture and the same address and birthdate used on contest cards, and/or such other form of identification as deemed adequate by contest officials.)

7. REQUIREMENTS FOR CONTESTANTS:

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older on the Qualifying Dates listed in Appendix A. Affidavits will be required of all prize winners confirming compliance with the rules of this contest. Liability for all Federal, State and Local taxes is solely the responsibility of the prize winners. In order to win, qualifiers must be present at Santa Anita Park on Monday, July 4.

8. DISQUALIFICATIONS:

In the event that a finalist is disqualified for any reason, Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc., through its management, reserves the right to substitute another finalist to the position as a result of the disqualification. No more than one member of the same family, may be eligible for entry in this contest. Should a person's name, or the name of any member of the same family, be drawn more than once, that name will remain on the list for that position drawn first. Any official contest entries obtained in any manner other than as described in these official rules are subject to disqualification. Furthermore, any person(s) observed by contest officials to be depositing official contest entries in official contest boxes for any person other than themselves are subject to disqualification and those contest entries with the same name will be disqualified. Contest officials reserve the right to request positive identification (positive identification is a valid Driver’s License or other identification as deemed sufficient by contest officials) at any time by person(s) depositing official contest entry cards. Person(s) observed by contest officials to be soliciting official contest entry cards from other individuals on or adjacent to Santa Anita Park will be disqualified from this and all future contests.

9. LIABILITY OF FEDERAL AND STATE TAXES:

Liability for any and all federal and state taxes is solely the responsibility of prize winners. No prize money will be paid without social security numbers. Affidavits that prize winners have complied with the complete rules of this contest will be required.

10. INELIGIBILITY:

The following are ineligible to participate in this contest: Past or present employees of Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc., Oak Tree Racing Association, or any of their subsidiaries; employees of their advertising agencies or public relations consultants; members of the media, horsemen, backstretch personnel, vendors or any individual credentialed by or

through Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc., or the California Horse Racing Board, or members of the immediate families of any of the foregoing. Winners of cash prizes totaling $1,000 or more in any promotional contest based on chance held by Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc., since 2011, are not eligible for any prizes, nor are members of their families. Employees and immediate family member of the Rusnak Auto Group are ineligible.

11. USE OF INFORMATION & LIKENSS By entering this Sweepstakes, unless prohibited by law, the potential prize winner consents to use of his/her name, voice, photograph and/or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes for this and similar promotions without compensation, and the potential Prize Winner may be required to provide a signed release acknowledging consent. Contestants may be contacted by Rusnak / Arcadia or Santa Anita Park via e-mail or otherwise, unless prohibited by law. Contestant may unsubscribe from contact at anytime.

11. JUDGING AND DISPUTES:

The management of Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc., reserves the right to interpret all questions and conditions in regard to this event, without claim for damages or recourse of any kind. All questions and definitions not covered explicitly in these rules will be decided by the management of Los Angeles Turf Club, Inc., with those decisions to be final.

qualifying contest under the specific rules listed below and the Official Rules.

1. Enter Online – Visit www.santaanita.com/rusnak One entry per customer. This qualifying contest ends on Thursday, June 30 at 10:00am (PST). The winner will be randomly chosen by Santa Anita Park. The contestant will be contacted via e-mail or phone. If the contestant does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, Santa Anita Park will choose another random qualifier until a qualifier is determined. Santa Anita Park is not responsible for any technical issues or lost entries. Refer to official rules for other rules and regulations.

2. Get One Entry per On-Track Pick 6 Wager – This qualifier begins on Thursday, May 5, 2016 and ends on Sunday, June 26, 2016. Every Pick 6 Wager placed will grant the contestant one (1) entry. For example, if a contestant places five (5) Pick 6 wagers, that contestant will receive six (6) entries. You must be a THOROUGHBREDS Member to enter this contest and have an active THOROUGHBREDS Card. You must scan your card before your place your Pick 6 Wagers. Santa Anita Park is not responsible for technical issues with this contest. Refer to official rules for full list of rules and regulations.

3. Enter on Santa Anita Derby Day – Enter on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at Santa Anita Park. Fill out a contest card and designated locations and deposit into contest box at Santa Anita Park. One entry per person. Contest card must be filled out legibly and completely. Santa Anita Park is not responsible for damaged or lost entries. Santa Anita Park will contact the winner via e-mail or phone number. If the contestant does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, Santa Anita Park will choose another random qualifier until a qualifier is determined. 4. Enter on Kentucky Derby Day – Enter on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at Santa Anita Park. Fill out a contest card and designated locations and deposit into contest box at Santa Anita Park. One entry per person. Contest card must be filled out legibly and completely. Santa Anita Park is not responsible for damaged or lost entries. Santa Anita Park will contact the winner via e-mail or phone number. If the contestant does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, Santa Anita Park will choose another random qualifier until a qualifier is determined. 5. Winner of the Kentucky Derby Hat Contest – Refer to the official rules of the Kentucky Derby Hat Contest. The winner of the Grand Prize will also be awarded a qualifying spot.

6. Enter on Preakness Day – Enter on Saturday, May 21, 2016 at Santa Anita Park. Fill out a contest card and designated locations and deposit into contest box at Santa Anita Park. One entry per person. Contest card must be filled out legibly and completely. Santa Anita Park is not responsible for damaged or lost entries. Santa Anita Park will contact the winner via e-mail or phone number. If the contestant does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, Santa Anita Park will choose another random qualifier until a qualifier is determined. 7. Enter on Belmont Stakes Day – Enter on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at Santa Anita Park. Fill out a contest card

and designated locations and deposit into contest box at Santa Anita Park. One entry per person. Contest card must be filled out legibly and completely. Santa Anita Park is not responsible for damaged or lost entries. Santa Anita Park will contact the winner via e-mail or phone number. If the contestant does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, Santa Anita Park will choose another random qualifier until a qualifier is determined. 8. Enter on Gold Cup Day – Enter on Saturday, June 25, 2016 at Santa Anita Park. Fill out a contest card and designated locations and deposit into contest box at Santa Anita Park. One entry per person. Contest card must be filled out legibly and completely. Santa Anita Park is not responsible for damaged or lost entries. Santa Anita Park will contact the winner via e-mail or phone number. If the contestant does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, Santa Anita Park will choose another random qualifier until a qualifier is determined. 9. Enter on Fourth of July - Enter on Monday, July 4, 2016 at Santa Anita Park. Fill out a contest card and designated locations and deposit into contest box at Santa Anita Park by 3:00pm (PST). Must be on track. One entry per person. Contest card must be filled out legibly and completely. Santa Anita Park is not responsible for damaged or lost entries. Santa Anita Park will contact the winner via the announcer and by cell phone. If the contestant does not respond within 10 minutes of being contacted, Santa Anita Park will choose another random qualifier until a qualifier is determined. 10. Enter on designated Rusnak Locations – Enter at designated Rusnak locations until Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at 4:30pm (PST). The winner will be randomly chosen by Santa Anita Park. The contestant will be contacted via e-mail or phone. If the contestant does not respond within 24 hours of being contacted, Santa Anita Park will choose another random qualifier until a qualifier is determined. One entry per person. Contest card must be filled out legibly and completely. Santa Anita Park is not responsible for lost or damaged entries.
