Catholic Schools Raise the Standards: OLP Measures Up! In March 2015, the Our Lady of the Presentation students in 4 th - 8 th grades took the Iowa Test of Basic Skills standardized test. These scores are listed as percentile ranks. For example, if a student receives a score of seventy, he/she scored better than seventy percent of the students who took this test nationally. A summary of these results is below. The staff uses these scores as one of many tools used to plan curriculum. We are very proud that our students scored well above the national average in every area. These scores reflect how OLP students rank versus national school norms: Grade Reading Language Math Social Studies Science Composite 4 91 97 92 92 94 93 5 96 99 99 97 98 98 6 96 98 94 98 97 97 7 85 95 97 93 96 95 8 89 99 99 94 98 97 The following are Grade Level Equivalency scores. For example, a score of 5.3 Grade Level Equivalency for a fourth grade student indicates how a student in the third month of fifth grade (5.3) would be expected to do on a fourth grade ITBS test. Catholic Schools Raise the Standards: OLP Measures Up!

In March 2015, the Our Lady of the Presentation students in 4th - 8th grades took the Iowa Test of Basic Skills standardized test.

These scores reflect how OLP students rank versus national school norms:

The following are Grade Level Equivalency scores. For example, a score of 5.3 Grade Level Equivalency for a fourth grade student indicates how a student in the third month of fifth grade (5.3) would be expected to do on a fourth grade ITBS test. If the result is higher than 13, it will be indicated with a Grade Level Equivalency score of 13+:
