In 2014, the Forum was sold out with an attendance of 560 executives – 30% of whom were from outside of Manitoba. For 2016, the event has been moved to larger space in the Convention Centre.

You will learn the real story about the strength of the Winnipeg economy and its real estate market, and how it is performing from both a leasing and investment perspective.

The program will offer a wide range of speakers, presentations and panel discussions on the economic drivers responsible for Winnipeg’s above average GDP; the major trends in the office, industrial, retail and apartment markets; the pricing and availability of financing from the credit markets; and key municipal planning and growth management policies.

The Forum will be targeted at the interests of real estate executives, brokers, developers, investors, asset managers, and other professionals active in the acquisition, leasing, financing, management, and marketing of office, industrial, retail, and multi-unit residential real estate.
